Position Summary:
The President will provide full P&L leadership for a $1 billion North American business. Specifically, the incumbent will lead, direct, and coordinate the full activities of the business with a goal of obtaining optimum efficiency, growth ahead of market, and maximizing profits.
This role will require managing an effective team, maintaining effective management practices and processes, and coaching a geographically-dispersed team to much greater levels of sophistication and performance.
The selected executive must have a minimum of 15 to 20 years of business experience, preferably coming up through the commercial function in a highly-respected packaging or consumer manufacturing organization. Ideally, the last five years will have been as a full P&L leader for a business of at least $500 million.
