Position Summary:
The Division CFO will partner with the Division President and their leadership team to optimize the P&L, capital allocation, and working capital of the business segment. This executive will lead strategic planning, annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and month-end close of business, along with providing direct analysis on key areas of performance to influence leadership decision making. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Finance and Accounting in a manufacturing environment, possess a passion for quality and analytical skills to uphold the company’s various goals and strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 to 15 years of proven experience leading a finance organization. The candidate should have experience leading price point development and margin improvement projects in a high SKU, consumer products environment.
