Position Summary:
The Chief Technology Officer will hold a highly visible role in the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an annual budget of approximately $20+ million while overseeing information technology governance, data, portfolio management, quality assurance and global delivery capabilities. He/she must possess the ability to work across the business and IT domains to help the organization realize its business goals.
The successful candidate will lead, develop and retain a high a performance team composed of approximately of approximately 400 associates based in multiple locations.
Create an integrated sales and marketing strategy that will produce the sales returns expected.
Provide critical thought leadership, innovative and forward-looking direction to the practice of enterprise IT. Through dialog and solutions, drive technical design standardization across business and IT domains.
