$1 billion Insurance Services Client
The Chief People officer, reporting to the CFO and Chief Administrative officer, will partner closely with leadership in modeling core values while translating strategic plans into operational HR initiatives supporting a highly engaged “best-in-class” culture.
This leader will provide leadership for the HR Business partnering, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition and Learning and development teams. He/She will also be tasked with creating and formalizing Organizational Design functionality within the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12+ years Human Resources experience with at least five years in a leadership role, experience with growing companies in the $3 billion range, and experience across HR sub functions including Learning and Development, HR Business Partnering, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition (including executive recruiting) and HR operations.
