Position Summary:

Our client is a Private Equity backed, tech-enabled, healthcare services, company focused on community based care. The company’s core competency is focused in Durable Medical Equipment (DME), Orthotics and Prosthetics (O&P) and works with providers and health plans to facilitate care for hundreds of thousands of patients each year. It is led by seasoned executives and investors who have successfully built some of America’s leading companies. It is a fast-growing, entrepreneurial company with a unique culture focused on teamwork and achieving everyday excellence.

 

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will bring an expertise in operations and ability to scale a fast growing organization. The successful candidate will have oversight responsibility for a significant portion of the team and company operations including claims, customer service, network, medical management, and information technology. The successful candidate will help to architect and drive the execution of the company’s operational plans.

 

The ideal candidate will be an experienced individual with demonstrated executive and operational leadership. They will have a track record of successfully scaling growth businesses. He/she is an inspirational, team-building, servant leader who has at least 12 years of senior level operations experience, ideally in a private equity owned healthcare services company. Candidates who have experience in a disease management, benefit management, and/or healthcare consulting are preferred. Additionally, having the ability to move into a P&L leadership role is highly attractive.

 

Progressive career track including experience as a Chief Operating Officer in an organization with at least $100M+ in revenue or similar level of responsibilities within division, business unit, etc. of a larger organization is preferred.
