Position Summary:
Reporting to the President of Insurance Administration Services, The Chief Operating Officer will provide operational leadership, management and supervision to all operational, technology, administration, customer service and account management functions within the IAS business unit.
Participate in strategic planning, marketing and business development efforts, and provide robust, cost effective products and services in support of IAS’s strategic and operational business plans.
Responsible for corporate leadership, participating in the ongoing development of the vision of the company, and for capitalizing on product development and customer delivery opportunities as they relate to the marketplace and infrastructure.
