Position Summary:
The Chief Technology Officer is responsible for the long-term direction of the organization’s global technology function. This position will lead the company’s entire technology enterprise, spanning all corporate, distribution, commercial and customer-facing systems. This leader will develop and lead the overall technology roadmap, strategic objectives and tactical execution, implementing innovative technology solutions that ensure continued competitive advantage. This hands-on position will collaborate with other technology and cross-functional business leaders to make effective technology decisions that meet the operational and growth goals of the company.
The ideal candidate will have 15 or more years of IT management experience. They will demonstrate five or more years of successful experience leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide programs, operating and influencing effectively across the organization.
