Position Summary:
The Chief Supply Chain Officer is responsible for providing supply chain and operations leadership to the entire corporation on a global scale. This includes the application of proven managerial skills in building an effective team, establishing effective management practices and processes, and coaching the manufacturing team to much greater levels of sophistication and performance.
The executive drives 80% of the company’s headcount and expenditures. The Chief Supply Chain Officer is responsible for delivery of overall company goals relating to areas of safety, quality, service, productivity and cost all with a mindset of continuous improvement, collaboration and transparency.
