Position Summary:

Reports to the Senior Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer.


The Chief Sales Officer will act as the enrollment and revenue champion, leading a large, multiple market segment sales team that is dedicated to the profitable growth and retention of customers.


Oversees development, prioritization, and execution of new business sales and retention strategies for commercial, individual, and government businesses. Leads the development and execution of a consultative account management strategy and function that results in improved customer experience and wider adoption of preferred products and services.
