Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Sales Officer will be responsible for managing a team of over 50 consisting of Sales, Marketing and other support positions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive strategy to lead the sales and marketing function through a period of expansion for the company.
The executive in this role will be responsible for overseeing the broad direction for the Sales and Marketing within multiple product lines for the organization by establishing a compelling vision, setting the strategic direction, building implementation plans, supporting sales, and serving as a subject matter expert.
