Position Summary
Reports to the President and Chief Executive Officer. This executive will be a CEO Succession Candidate
This executive will be responsible for managing a team of over 230 employees while establishing the vision and identifying opportunities for new products, services, distribution channels and strategic partnerships.
A successful candidate must possess the leadership skills to drive growth while obtaining “buy in” regarding the new value proposition, reinvigorating the sales team and ingraining a results oriented culture that drives performance.
