Position Summary:
The Chief Operations Officer will collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring levels. This role will be responsible for developing and overseeing all operational-related activity including Suitability/Underwriting, Case Management, Agent Contracting, Policy Issuance, and facility management.
The organization is in growth mode and the company is seeking an operations leader who can assess the existing operations function and create one that is scalable to match the growth potential of the company.
