The Chief Operations Officer (COO) will serve as an integral member of the Executive Leadership Team and will be responsible for the operational performance of the company, directing all facets of Operations including product quality, achievement of budgets, purchasing, supply chain, logistics, people development, customer retention, and overall operations strategy. This executive will be responsible for directing and optimizing Operations and Supply Chain organizations for the company.
The COO ensures all areas of operations across the network of more than 30 plants are effective, efficient, and operating at a high level of quality, cooperation, and professionalism, with unsurpassed customer service delivery.
The successful candidate will provide leadership and direction to achieve best-in-class customer service & retention, safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 20 to 25 years of progressive leadership within a multi-location operation, preferably in a highly custom, service-oriented high-mix, high volume production or processing environment.
