Position Summary:
The COO will provide overall strategic direction and guidance of the operational activities with the objective of maximizing growth, profitability and global expansion.
He or she will drive organization operations by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives and policies for Supply Chain / Operations, IT, Consumer Services, Product Integrity and Asia Operations.
This executive will complement the leadership team and be a highly visible and inspirational executive who will continue to shape the culture while preserving the entrepreneurial and creative traits that has made our client a highly innovative industry leader.
