Position Summary:
The Chief Operating Officer will participate in establishing the company’s strategic direction and oversee the implementation of the strategy through the leadership of day-to-day activities. In conjunction with the CEO and CFO, the COO will set the annual plan for the operating functions and then drive and measure performance towards these goals.
The executive will assist in development of the short and long-term strategies for the company, working with and supporting other leadership team members to ensure that company-wide initiatives and policies are implemented and followed. The COO will ensure the talent pipeline is developed within each operating function business unit to feed long-term needs of the organization.
Our candidate possesses 20 years of direct to consumer experience.
