Position Summary:
Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Operating Officer will provide operational leadership, management, and supervision to all operational, technology, administration, customer service, and account management functions within this critical business unit.
Participate in strategic planning, marketing, and business development efforts and provide robust, cost-effective products and services in support of the company’s strategic and operational business plans.
Responsible for corporate leadership, participating in the ongoing development of the vision of the company, and capitalizing on product development and customer delivery opportunities as they relate to the marketplace and infrastructure.
