Position Summary:
The Chief Medical Officer will provide senior executive leadership through influence and collaboration to develop, advance, and implement the organization’s clinical capabilities. This executive will bring a focus on clinical outcomes, understanding disease progressions, appropriate interventions, clinical models, with the ability to drive, test, and learn various approaches. The Chief Medical Officer will be at the forefront of innovating the member experience, collaborating with external and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess fifteen or more years as a senior clinical leader working with medical management issues, health plans or managed care marketplaces. It is critical that the successful candidate is a change agent who will embrace the opportunity to transform the organization and culture to drive innovate solutions across the clinical function and enterprise.
