The Chief Marketing Officer is a broad and impactful senior executive role. This role is charged with driving the company’s overall marketing strategy leading the strategic category team, developing and leading a high-performance organization and executing the marketing programs necessary to drive profitable growth and innovation. Building competencies in advanced marketing innovation is a top priority.
The ideal candidate will currently be a Chief Marketing Officer of a consumer products or services company or a Divisional/Regional Chief Marketing Officer where the business is at least $1 billion in revenue. Importantly, the executive must have demonstrated delivery of innovative marketing strategies, the cutting-edge development and deployment of insights and analytics.
