Position Summary

The Chief Lending Officer’s primary responsibilities will be to oversee the management, direction and development of the Bank’s lending lines of business. This executive will serve as principal advisor to CEO, CFO and board of directors on all issues associated with lending strategies, credit risk management, and commercial/real estate lending. The CLO will further accelerate the company’s growth while reinforcing the company’s credit discipline.

The successful candidate will have a collaborative leadership style, strategic mindset, member-service focused attitude, excellent communication skills and minimum of 7-10 years in lending management.
