Position Summary:
As a newly formed publicly-held company, the Chief Human Resources Officer will work closely with the CEO and his leadership team in providing strategic HR leadership to the organization and will oversee the development and delivery of a robust people strategy that aligns with the company’s mission and goals.
This executive will be responsible to provide leadership in the critical area of talent management by developing creative and cost-effective ways of acquiring high-quality candidates, enhancing the talent pipeline, and improving the talent bench strength.
