The Chief Human Resources Officer will serve, first and foremost, as a strategic and active member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team. This role will be responsible for proactively driving human capital strategies and programs companywide to build an effective and inclusive high-performance culture.
The ideal candidate will have at least 15-20 years of experience in progressive roles, having worked for companies known for having “best-in-class” HR practices, as well as less mature organizations where she/he has gained hands-on experience building HR capabilities. This executive will be a strategic thinker who will have the opportunity to act as an HR visionary and thought leader, driving revenue growth through human capital strategies.
