Position Summary:
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Chief Growth Officer is responsible for marketing and product development with an emphasis on growth, transformation and innovation. This role owns all marketing-related activities including brand strategy, new customer acquisition and retention, market research, strategic partnerships, and public relations. Our client sought a candidate with over 15 years of experience in marketing and product-oriented roles and a demonstrated ability to create new products and revenue streams that drive substantial growth.
Our placement has a background in retail banking, where his most recent role was a combination of product, marketing and digital transformation. This executive is strategic, hands-on, and well respected in the industry. Running large platforms, building products and driving transformations have been a consistent part of his career. The placement brings a very forward thinking and thoughtful approach to solving clients’ needs through technology while delivering a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
