The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for leading the entire strategic and tactical financial direction of the organization, effectively guiding the company in the management of expenses and revenues to maximize growth.
This executive must be a strategic financial leader with the ability to build rigor in finance processes and organization. They will successfully drive shareholder value, demonstrate success functioning as a financial leader, provide rigorous, data-driven financial planning and analyses that strengthens and directs overall business decision-making.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 15-20 years of total business experience and preferably be a sitting corporate CFO or a large division CFO. Familiarity with food, specialty chemicals processing or other similar complex manufacturing business is preferred.
