Position Summary:
This CFO will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all the finance and accounting-related activities and goals for this business. This includes managing relationships with lending institutions, budgeting, accounting, auditing, insurance, retirement plan, Firm technology, facilities, operations, affiliated entities, and planning.
This executive will operate beyond the traditional finance role working closely with the CEO in developing and executing the firm’s business plans, taking a partnership role in supporting the firm’s business goals and growth, and providing pragmatic support for realizing the business strategy.
The ideal candidate is a mature leader who has over 12 years of broad finance experience. Additionally, this executive has vast industry knowledge and a deep understanding of the professional services business model.
