Position Summary:

 
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership, guiding key financial priorities and resource allocation to achieve organizational goals. This role involves advanced strategic and analytical oversight across Finance functions, including financial planning, performance monitoring, and actuarial activities. Collaborating closely with segment leaders, the CFO will drive pricing and bid strategies, develop financial plans, and ensure the effective coordination of enterprise-wide processes. Additionally, they will lead Cost of Care evaluations, Trend Analytics, and transformational initiatives to enhance sustainability and competitive advantage.
 

The selected executive brings extensive experience across ACA, Medicare Advantage, and Group Health lines and will play a pivotal role in aligning enterprise finance, pricing strategy, and cost-of-care analytics with the organization’s transformation agenda. Leading a team of over 100, the new CFO will serve as a strategic partner across the enterprise, guiding financial planning, regulatory strategy, and initiatives that enhance affordability and improve health outcomes.
