Position Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer plays a crucial role in steering the organization’s financial direction. This executive position entails managing all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, revenue cycle, banking, risk management, tax, and treasury. The CFO is responsible for designing and implementing various accounting and statistical data and reports, leveraging their expertise in diverse financial practices and procedures. Adept at planning and goal accomplishment, the CFO relies on extensive experience and judgment, while leading and guiding the team.
Our placement has over 10 years of financial healthcare experience and is a proven leader in overseeing financial operations for healthcare organizations. She most recently served as Chief Financial Officer for an acute care hospital where she managed the fiscal operations of the hospital, physician practices and emergency medical services. She was responsible for the operations for accounting, business office, patient access, materials & health information management, clinical documentation improvement, information technology, case management, food & nutrition services, environmental services and radiology and laboratory. She supervised a team of 110 associates with 10 direct reports. She comes with strong communication skills, leadership ability and urgent care experience.
