Position Summary:
The Chief Financial Officer, reporting to and acting as a true business partner to the Chief Executive Officer, will be a key member of the Executive Committee, contributing significantly to the development and execution of the Company’s overarching strategies, plans and operations. They will be responsible for all financial plans, policies, processes and relationships of the company and will direct financial planning and analysis, treasury, budgeting, audit, tax and accounting.
The ideal candidate should have more than 20 years of financial/accounting experience within one or more successful and sophisticated multi-division companies, ideally in the direct-to-consumer and/or consumer subscription sectors. They should have experience as a sitting Chief Financial Officer or Divisional Chief Financial Officer supporting revenues of at least $250 million. Experience as a CFO in a private equity backed company is preferred.
