Position Summary:
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will work collaboratively in executing growth strategies and accelerating new product development, while delivering year over year EBITDA improvement through continuous improvement and cost reduction efforts.
Direct reports include a Chief Financial Officer, Vice President Engineering, Vice President Sales & Marketing and Vice President Aftermarket.
The successful candidate will have previous general management experience with prior experience serving the Commercial Vehicle industry. Candidates will possess specific strength in strategic planning, sales and marketing and leading a product engineered manufacturing company.
