Position Summary
The Chief Executive Officer will lead the enterprise with full accountability for strategy, operational execution and value creation across the company’s global platform. Partnering closely with the Board, the CEO will align the organization around a clear strategic vision while ensuring disciplined execution across multiple business segments and geographies. This leader will drive growth, operational performance and margin expansion while reinforcing a culture of accountability, safety and customer excellence. The CEO will also oversee capital deployment and ensure the organization is positioned to scale through organic initiatives, operational improvement and strategic acquisitions.
As the visible leader of the enterprise, the CEO will build alignment across the leadership team, customers, and investors while advancing priorities that strengthen enterprise value. The role requires a leader who can balance strategy with execution, elevate organizational capabilities, and maintain operational rigor across a complex global platform.
The ideal candidate will bring 20+ years of senior leadership experience with significant enterprise P&L responsibility within industrial services or manufacturing environments. They will have a proven record of scaling organizations, driving operational performance and leading through growth and transformation. Experience operating in leveraged or private equity-backed environments is preferred. This leader will combine strategic vision with operational discipline, translating strategy into execution while building strong partnership with the Board and executive team. Globally minded and culturally adept, the successful candidate will build high performing teams and lead the business through its next phase of growth and value creation.
