Position Summary:
The Chief Executive Officer, reporting directly to the Board of Directors, will lead all functions of the business, initially focusing their attention on the supply chain and operations functions where a deep understanding of the business is to be gained and substantial opportunity for improvement exists. They will be responsible for developing an operating organization best suited to support the strategy of the business and are expected to be a “fully formed” business executive equally capable of leading the commercial and finance functions.
Our placement has over 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. In his most recent role as President & Chief Executive Officer he had full P&L responsibility for $240 million. His experience includes building and leading diverse specialty ingredient companies through rapid sales and commercial development, operational/process optimization, and development of new innovative technical platforms. He has demonstrated success in full P&L management including sales/marketing, research and development, operations, customer service, quality/regulatory, supply chain, finance and human resources.
