Position Summary:
The Chief Commercial Officer will lead commercial operations across the entire company, reporting directly to the CEO.
The executive will have full P&L responsibility for operations around the globe, directly driving commercial operations including sales, marketing and R&D. The Chief Commercial Officer is accountable for fulfillment of the strategic plan to extend current market position and expand into new opportunities.
The new leader will be considered a primary candidate for succession of the CEO for this family-owned company.
The successful candidate will have at least 20 of years sales and sales management, marketing and business development experience in the food industry, including 10 years of recent senior-level management responsibility.
