Chief Accounting Officer

Position Summary:
The Chief Accounting Officer will oversee corporate accounting, financial consolidation, financial reporting, external reporting and financial policy throughout the company to drive operational efficiency and deliver timely and accurate financial information to appropriate internal and external constituencies. This position will also be responsible for ensuring an effective system of internal controls globally including SOX compliance.
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of accounting and finance experience, with the last five years in senior finance/controllership roles, either at the corporate level or large division level. The candidate should have experience with external reporting, either in the current job responsibilities or in a previous role. Additionally, significant work experience within large, global, retail companies is required. A proven ability to move a team to world-class levels of performance is highly desired.
