Position Summary:
The CFO will report directly to the President & CEO and will be responsible for providing global financial support to the organization as well as leading the Supply Chain and Information Technology functions.
This executive will oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including; organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, customer sales and profitability reporting, reports for necessary funding agencies, and monitoring of organizational budgets.
Establishes finance operational strategies by evaluating trends, establishing critical measurements, determining production, productivity, quality, and customer service strategies, designing systems, accumulating resources, resolving problems, and implementing change.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 20 years of work experience with much of that time in a senior financial management role.
