Position Summary:

The CFO will advise the President & CEO and other members of the senior staff on a wide variety of operating and business issues regarding financial conditions of the company.

The executive in this role will be responsible to understand the cost drivers of the business; support lean and continuous improvement initiatives; actively participate in vendor/customer contract negotiations, supply chain discussions, plant expansion projects, new product development considerations, and possible business acquisitions.

Evaluate the strength of the finance and accounting organization, and ensure that the department is properly staffed; upgrade the talent as necessary, and continually develop the capability of the organization.
