Position Summary:
The Business Unit President will be responsible for the P&L for approximately a $150 million business unit.
The person in this role will work collaboratively in executing global growth strategies, accelerating new product development while delivering year over year EBITDA improvement through continuous improvement and cost reduction efforts.
The ideal candidate for this role will have prior experience in managing a multiple facility, multiple product line OEM business on a global basis with a demonstrated track record of delivering improved financial results while improving the value proposition to the customer base resulting in above GDP organic growth rates.
