Position Summary:
The Chief Data & Analytics Officer, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, will own the company’s data ecosystem, finding ways to unlock the commercial value of advantaged insights driven through a deep understanding of data. They will be responsible for partnering across the organization to understand and deliver world-class analytics and data solutions. This role is highly visible, requiring a combination of highly technical competencies with strong leadership skills.
The ideal executive for this role will be an experienced Data & Analytics leader who uses analytic insights to learn about their customers, and/or develop products/services for their customers. It is expected that the candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience with increasingly more significant roles in analytics and data, with at least five years of senior management/functional leadership experience with strong expertise in driving domestic and global collaboration and effectiveness.
