Position Summary:
The Chief Supply Chain Officer will serve as a dynamic and hands-on leader overseeing the entire value chain, encompassing manufacturing, logistics, fulfillment, continuous improvement, engineering, maintenance, reliability, and EHS activities. This executive will actively contribute to and lead the end-to-end planning function, incorporating supply and demand planning. Responsible for maintaining high-quality and efficient operations, they will uphold exceptional standards in quality and safety. As a pivotal figure in shaping company culture, this leader will be highly visible, setting the tone for leadership by inspiring passion in all employees.
The ideal candidate will have at least 20 years of demonstrated success with at least 10 years of senior leadership experience. This executive should have a well-rounded supply chain background with expertise in consumer manufacturing. Importantly, this executive must have an excellent understanding of how the supply chain impacts the financial performance of the company.
