Position Summary:
The Vice President, Treasurer will direct the full range of international treasury activities for international operations and will play a critical role in managing the financial health and liquidity of the company. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this individual will be responsible for overseeing the treasury function, optimizing cash flow, managing investments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in a combination of financial services, banking and/or technology with experience leading a corporate treasury function required. This executive must possess a high level of knowledge in capital markets; liquidity management; financial risk management; FX; company operations; financial planning and analysis techniques; and accounting principles.
