Position Summary:
The Chief Technology Officer is a key leader in the company’s Information Technology (IT) function and will have oversight of all critical enterprise architecture and application development. This is a highly visible role in the Information Technology function and across the enterprise. This role will also be considered as a succession candidate to the Chief Information Officer.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of proven leadership experience running a mature, large-scale Enterprise Architecture and Application Development practice within the healthcare payer space. This executive should have five or more years of experience supporting an organization with at least 1000 users and five years of experience managing a sizable development group employing mature and rigorous methods and best practices.
