Position Summary
The Vice President, Research and Development leads the R&D function for the company’s core and largest business unit. This is the most senior R&D leader for the company and a member of the Executive Leadership Team. The executive leads the company’s New Product Development, Sensory, Pilot Plant, and Starter Culture teams. The Vice President, Research and Development is charged with a high-impact role to build a world-class R&D function, coupling technical expertise with leadership that elevates the overall talent of the function.
