Position Summary:
The Chief Financial Officer will provide overall financial direction for the company. He/she will assist the CEO and executive team in establishing strategic and financial objectives to ensure the attainment of organizational goals. The CFO will have primary responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial‐related activities of the company. The CFO should be a strategic thinker that is able to lead development and execution of business strategy and simultaneously drill down to detailed analytics as part of business operations and strategy execution.
The candidate will engage with the company’s board and financial sponsor with respect to financial performance and various strategic initiatives, providing leadership and vision, and acting as a business partner to the leadership team. The executive will oversee, direct, and manage all aspects of the traditional accounting and financial management functions and practices, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of company financial reporting.
