Position Summary:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team with responsibility for influencing the thinking and decisions behind the company’s overall strategies, plans, and operations.
The executive is responsible for all financial plans, financial policies, financial processes and financial relationships of the company. Relationships include the company’s shareholders, lenders and the financial community.
The chosen candidate has more than 20 years of financial/accounting experience within successful and sophisticated publicly-traded companies.
