Position Summary:
The Vice President, Talent Acquisition will have full responsibility and accountability to build a strategic and proactive talent acquisition organization, one that will deliver best-in-class results.
This executive will lead a team of approximately 25 and develop the talent acquisition vision, plans, and policies to ensure the achievement of the business’ strategic goals and objectives.
This executive is expected to provide consultation, advice, counsel, and guidance to senior leadership and the human resources function.
