Continued growth through strategic acquisitions resulted in a geographically dispersed, multi-site operation. This expansion created the need for a cohesive operational strategy to streamline processes, strengthen consistency and maintain high quality standards across the organization.
The Chief Operating Officer leads manufacturing and supply chain operations across a network of facilities, with responsibility for safety, food quality, service, cost, productivity and operational performance. The executive establishes consistent operating standards, strengthens accountability through disciplined performance management and leads continuous improvement across the organization. Working closely with the CEO and leadership team, the COO also directs capital planning, capacity expansion, engineering and the integration of acquired operations while building the infrastructure needed to support continued growth.
