National Distributor and Retailer
The President will report to Chief Executive Officer and lead a national distribution business with full P&L accountability across a network of 90+ branches serving professional contractors and green industry customers. This executive will oversee strategy, commercial performance, operations and talent development while driving profitable growth across irrigation, landscape supplies, outdoor living and power equipment categories. The role carries significant enterprise impact through expansion of market share, optimization of branch performance, advancement of customer experience initiatives and execution of organic and acquisition-driven growth strategies within a public company environment.
The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within distribution, wholesale or multi-site retail environments, with a track record of leading large-scale operations and delivering strong financial results. This leader combines deep commercial and operational expertise with experience driving supply chain performance, building high-performing teams and executing strategic growth initiatives. M&A experience is strongly preferred, along with a field-oriented leadership style that fosters accountability, develops talent and strengthens customer relationships across geographically dispersed operations.
