POSITION SUMMARY
The President, Chief Dental Officer will report to the President and CEO and serve as the senior executive leading a $1.2B dental enterprise spanning insurance products, provider networks and network leasing operations. This executive will hold full P&L accountability while leading a transformational effort to unify previously siloed functions, redefine enterprise dental strategy and restore growth across a highly regulated environment. The role carries significant enterprise impact through optimization of provider network economics, advancement of operational integration and development of scalable strategies that strengthen market position, customer experience and long-term profitability.
The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of leadership experience within dental insurance, managed care or related healthcare services environments, with a track record of driving turnaround, growth and operational transformation. This leader combines strong strategic and financial acumen with deep expertise in provider networks, dental products and network economics, including experience restructuring or scaling complex organizations. A proven ability to influence Boards, regulators and external partners is essential, along with a leadership style that builds alignment, drives accountability and creates clarity within fast-paced, evolving organizations.
