Following a recent change in ownership, our client’s pumps business was entering a period of accelerated growth and operational transformation. The organization needed a commercial leader who could reinvigorate its sales culture, instill greater forecasting and pipeline discipline and build the accountability systems required to compete more aggressively across its core markets.
