POSITION SUMMARY

The Vice President of Environmental, Health & Safety will lead the development and execution of the enterprise safety and risk management strategy, reporting to the Senior Vice President of Corporate Operations. This executive will oversee the national EHS function and lead a team of safety professionals responsible for advancing safety performance across a large scale commercial construction organization. The role will integrate environmental, health and safety principles into field operations, preconstruction and subcontractor engagement while strengthening enterprise risk management capabilities. Partnering closely with executive leadership and operational teams, the Vice President will elevate safety as a strategic business priority that enhances operational excellence, risk mitigation and client confidence.
 
The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of progressive environmental, health and safety leadership experience within large scale commercial construction or similarly complex project environments. This executive will have a proven track record building enterprise wide safety programs, leading multi region teams and driving measurable improvements in safety performance and risk management. The successful leader combines deep regulatory knowledge with strong strategic thinking, executive communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Additionally, this individual will be a collaborative and visible leader who can foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and shared ownership of safety across the business.
