POSITION SUMMARY
The President of Commercial Markets will lead the strategy, product direction and financial performance of the organization’s Commercial lines of business. This executive will hold full P&L accountability for a $6.5B+ portfolio serving more than 3 million members across Individual ACA, Group Fully Insured, Group ASO, TPA, Stop Loss, Dental and Vision offerings. The role will translate market strategy into product innovation, go to market execution and sustainable financial performance while leading portfolio prioritization, pricing strategy and product lifecycle management. Partnering closely with leaders across strategy, finance, operations and marketing, the President of Commercial Markets will drive growth, retention and profitability across one of the organization’s most impactful business segments.
The ideal candidate will bring senior leadership experience within commercial health insurance or similarly complex regulated industries with a proven record of owning product portfolios and financial outcomes at scale. This executive will possess strong expertise in pricing strategy, risk management and financial analysis, with the ability to guide portfolio performance across multiple lines of business. The successful leader combines strategic vision with disciplined execution and the ability to influence across matrixed organizations and executive leadership teams. Additionally important, this individual will demonstrate strong market credibility and external relationship building capabilities while guiding the organization through evolving regulatory, competitive and market dynamics.
