POSITION SUMMARY:
The Chief Operating Officer is a key executive leadership position reporting directly to the CEO, with full responsibility for global operations, supply chain, quality, technology and manufacturing across a multi-site, high-tech footprint.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience leading complex operations at scale, ideally in advanced materials, semiconductors, clean tech, or similarly sophisticated world class industrial manufacturing environments. A collaborative, strategic, and execution focused leadership style is critical, as is strong alignment with a purpose-driven culture.
